PickSpark Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

You may return eligible items within [number] days of the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items  

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items

4. Refund Policy

5. Shipping Costs

If you return an item because it was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
